Chinatsu Yonezawa is a Director in Global Sage’s Tokyo office. She is an experienced internal and external recruitment professional.

She worked for a boutique agent where she honed her strength in the insurance industry and has built a solid track record in supporting RPO projects and highly specialized recruitment for insurance companies.

Throughout her career, she has proved her abilities in managing budgets for RPO Projects, defining requirements for various positions, and interviewing to assess the best possible candidates for the roles.  After graduating from university, she worked in asset management sales at a securities company and then built a career in the human resources industry.
