TT Ho is a Managing Director at Global Sage with more than two decades of executive search experience across Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. He advises organisations across commerce and industry, government, public institutions, education and not-for-profit sectors on senior leadership appointments, succession planning and governance-related hiring. A Chartered Accountant by training, TT began his career in the UK before joining Arthur Andersen in Hong Kong. Since moving into executive search in the late 1990s, he has advised boards, senior management teams and appointment committees on complex leadership mandates requiring stakeholder engagement, governance awareness and organisational fit. TT holds a joint honours degree in Mathematics and Management Studies from the University of Nottingham and is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA).
